The delivery contractors will contact you on the morning of your delivery (or the previous evening). You may still contact your store via phone or email.

Dreamland uses a reputable contractor that will treat your order with care.
-+ • What will happen on the day of your delivery?
The contractors will ring early morning or the previous evening to advise approximate delivery time.
-+ • What areas do you deliver?
Metropolitan areas are at the standard delivery charge applicable for our 24 hour service. Country customers may nominate a freight depot to which the standard delivery fee will apply. * For explanation of “metropolitan areas”, please contact your nearest store. Outer metropolitan areas are available at an extra charge but must be arranged through your nearest store.
-+ • Will you take my ensemble or mattress upstairs?
Yes. This is included in our standard delivery charge. (On assuming access is adequate).
-+ • Will you assemble my ensemble?
No. But this can be arranged using our normal delivery service. Please contact your nearest store for more information.
-+ • Can I only order the queensize ensembles and mattresses shown on line?
Yes, at this stage 24 hour delivery only includes these selected models. Contact your nearest store via email or phone whereby other items and methods can be utilized. This way you can talk with a “real person”!!
