A 12 month warranty is usual for an upholstered bed and covers faulty workmanship and construction faults. The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear or accidental damage.

The mattress height can impact the overall proportions and visual balance of the bed. A mattress that is too high or too low in relation to the bed head (headboard) can disrupt the aesthetic harmony. The bed head should be flexible enough to accommodate the movement of the adjustable frame, especially if it articulates at the head. The bed head must move smoothly with the frame to avoid any strain or dislocation.
